Our barbeque is nothing like the restaurants barbeque. Most restaurants barbeque consists of liquid smoke and a touch on the grill. Our barbeque is done the right way, low and slow. Our dry rubbed meats get infused with hickory flavor over the slow smoking process giving you an authentic smoked barbeque flavor.

Rustic, homemade sides will remind you of your classic barbeques. With classic homemade sides like potato salad, macaroni salad and cole slaw and some not so classic homemade sides such as kartoffelsalat (german style potato salad) and antipasto italiano (Italian style pasta salad).

Our homemade sauces are inspired by regional sauces, such as our mustard based barbeque sauce from South Carolina, our vinegar based sauce from North Carolina, and many more. All of our sauces compliment our smoked meat perfectly, so choose from any of our 10 homemade sauces and you're sure to please all of your guests.
